We appreciate you taking the time to share your UFO sighting experience with us. Your detailed report will help us document and investigate potential extraterrestrial activity in Wales. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your sighting.

• Your Location: (Please be as specific as possible, including county, town, village, or any nearby landmarks.)

• Weather Conditions at the Time: (Sunny, cloudy, rainy, etc.)

• Number of Witnesses: (Were you alone or with others?)

• Contact Information: (Name, email address, phone number – optional, but helpful for follow-up questions.)

 

The Sighting:

• Describe the object you saw in as much detail as possible: (Shape, size, color, lights, sound, movement, etc.)

• How long did you observe the object?

• Did the object change its appearance or behavior at any point?

• Did you notice any unusual activity in the surrounding area before, during, or after the sighting? (Birds scattering, electrical disturbances, animal behaviour changes, etc.)

• Can you compare the object to anything you've seen before? (Planes, drones, satellites, hot air balloons, etc.)

 

Additional Information:

• Please sketch or draw the object you saw to the best of your ability. (Even a rough sketch can be helpful.)

• Do you have any photographs or video recordings of the sighting? (Please share them with us if possible.)

• Have you ever had any other UFO sightings?

• Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience?
