This talk will outline two key research projects conducted at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
The first project involved a qualitative analysis of four UAP experiencers, the psychological and social impacts of their encounter, and their views on what unmet needs they have following their encounters.
The second project examined the personality factors of UAP experiencers and how they differ from people who do not see or report having seen UAP. Two further studies will be discussed that are currently undergoing ethical review. A brief discussion will also be had pertaining to the future of psychological research in this domain.
